This is my favorite way to eat crappie. It's a little labor intensive but worth it. This also works with other fish like bass, or fish you buy at the store like red snapper, red fish, tilapia, orange roughy.

Crappie Tacos

1 tbls olive oil
1 tbls chili powder
1 tbls cumin
1/2 tbls black pepper
4 – 5 limes squeezed
Marinade the fish in that for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Then bake.

Sauce:
½ cup of plain yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise
4 - 5 limes squeezed
1 tsp cayenne (use more if you like it hot)
1 tsp cumin
a little black peper.
Mince (red & green) jalapeno, onion, 1 tbls cappers. I use about 5 or 6 jalapenos, and about a ¼ of a yellow onion.
Mix all that together and chill.

Slice avocado and cabbage. Put that and the fish in a flower tortilla, then poor sauce on it.
