Ingrediants Required
Catfish..(However many you need)
Butter or margerine..(Vary for amount of fish)
Picante Sauce..(Get the kind you like)
Grated Motzerella cheese..(enough to cover fish)
Detailed Cooking Instructions
Put fish in the frying pan and sauté in butter until they are white in color. Then put fish in Pyrex style dish and cover with picante sauce. Bake on 350 degrees for 20 mins then cover the fish with the mozzarella cheese and let set in oven until cheese melts.

| tried this tonight...my tongue slapped me!!!! darn good, I used homemade salsa though (thanks RonnieD) excellent stuff, and easy to make.
