How to add an avatar (Image displayed next to your username)

The picture that is displayed next to your username is called an avatar. To post an avatar to your profile you need to follow some simple guidelines.

* Click the profile link at the top of the page
* Near the bottom of the page you will see the avatar control panel
* Follow the directions listed there as to the dimentions and overall file size of the picture you will use:

Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 120 pixels, a height no greater than 80 pixels and a file size no more than 19kB.

* Use the browse button to get to the image on your computer and then when you have it click the Submit button at the bottom of the page
