I just weighed a 6' piece of 1x1/4" PVC, it weighed 1lb.
Don't know what it would weigh full of spray foam.
Uhh, who was it here on the fourms that had a bunch of
PVC laying in their backyard they were giving away?
Ya know Loews and maby Home Depot have 6" or bigger PVC,
ya could just fill with spray foam and drill for rod hoders
and knotch for TM and battery holder.
Might be a suggestion.

I wonder if you could just get rid of the Tube and use the big pipe filled with foam to make a vessel?

 I thot idea was you luv your tube.
Close to water.
Like sitting in recliner while fishing.
Tubes are nice comfort wise.

Ok,
I have this thing almost there.. I am taking my old round tube and putting it to use. Much more sturdy that way. When it's complete, I'll take pics.
