That left turn onto 384 is called wilson or wilson cut off.
It is directly after the vets office (on your left) (the one with elephants etc painted on it).
You turn left before the building with the blue roof. If you miss it and hit railway track do a U turn and look on your right .. go slow you can't wiss it.
