What's the difference between the NTACATS and NTTC tormaments/organizations?

The difference is there is no longer a NTACATS. Brent Pauling is President of a new organization called NTTC (North Texas Trophy Cats).

NTTC has some different rules that allow more people to participate in the tournaments than was possible under the rules of NTACATS or ACATS Federation tournaments.
