I have an aluminum hull flat bottom boat and somehow I managed to crack the aluminum in the bow under the water line so needless to say it is being fixed. Anyway I decided to take my kayak up to the power plant last night around 7:00 and see what I could catch. I thought maybe the sandies would be schoolin' and boy was I right! The cooler temperatures that came through must have really gotten 'em going! I was fishing the outlet in my little yellow kayak and every cast I had a fish on. This stayed pretty constant for about 2 hours. I stopped counting fish when I got to 62. Needless to say my arm is kind of sore today! I didn't keep any because I didnt really have any place to put them in my kayak. That means no pictures either. Sorry guys. All in all a great night.

I was using a 1/3 oz Acme Little Cleo spoon in silver, A 6'6" Bass Pro spinning combo, and Stren Magnathin 10lb test line. Worked like a charm

What size were you catching? I was there Saturday morning and caught quite a few also - trouble was most of them were in the 4" to 9" range with an occasional 12" fish.

I caught mostly smaller ones ranging from about 8" - 11" but caught about 15 over 12"
