Can someone please tell me how to show items have been sold from a post that has multiple items listed? I listed 2 depth finders and a trolling motor and I have sold the depth finders. Thankls for any help.

you can edit any post that you made. go find the original post and there should be an edit button over the by the quote button. you can either remove the other items or just say that they have been sold.

I believe that you can only delete your post if it is the last one in the thread, not 100% though

If everything is sold then its usually best to edit the post and change the subject line to something like "SOLD"

I just looked at the last post I made and it has a X next to the edit button. We'll see if the X is still there after posting this....

Added after posting.....

Nope the X is gone from the post above, but it is on this one. So I conclude that if you want to delete a post, it must be the must recent post in the thread. If you want to delete a post after that, you would have to request from an admin. (just guessing, though...)

If you are selling something and it sells just follow up with a post and I agree that changing the title to start with SOLD is the best thing.

Generally we don't delete post unless they are inappropriate in some way. It makes us appear to be censoring the forum. You have to be an admin to delete posts.
