Do bream taste better than crappie? I've never eaten a sunfish or perch.. _________________ I guess I'll go fishing just for the halibut

You can fillet them or just gut/scale/dehead and fry.
Bream are tasty, just not as much of them meatwise. But on days when you can't buy a crappie, you can generally catch a bunch of bream. _________________ You think THAT'S hard, try naming two cities in New Hampshire!

i really like bream, but you gotta cook them with the bones in them. I used to be a bream fisherman, that was all we tried to catch for years. _________________ Joe Simpson

Bream are great for kids. They don't have the patience to fish all day just "for a chance" to catch one 40 pound cat. Catching one bream after another keeps there attention and get's them "Hooked".
And yes, scale, gut, dehead, and fry just like anthything else. Great eating. I like the tail too! _________________ You think THAT'S hard, try naming two cities in New Hampshire!
