This is too easy!
Mix a can of oysters in with some "stove top" cornbread stuffing and smooth out in a baking pan. Layer the top with fillets (can also layer bottom of pan with fillets before adding stuffing). Douse heavily with cayenne powder or cajun spices. Cover and cook 30 minutes at 350.
You can substitute oysters or add shrimp to the stuffing, the end result totally kicks arse!
