Need about 20 med sized jalepenos, Pound or sp of bacon, and cream cheese
Split peppers in half, scrape out seeds and veins
Fill peppers with cream cheese, wrap with bacon, toothpicks work well to hold bacon in place
Place in flat wire basket and cook on grill until bacon is to your liking, or instead of the grill and flat basket, you can cook them on the lean mean grilling machine or similar. WARNING... this may end up being the main dish instead of an appetizer

Although our peppers werent hot! But the flavor was great! _________________ Men and fish are alike. They both get into trouble when they open their mouths.

I sometimes use the "albertsons crab dip" for the inside. There are also ABT holders to use on a smoker. I brought some of these to TEXDANs house last year....
good stuff, and lo cal! Well, not low cal, but adkins friendly.
Then there are armadillo eggs....
