Ingredients Required

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
JalapeƱos
White Onion
Bacon
Cheddar Cheese
Teriyaki Sauce
Italian Dressing

Filet the chicken breats so they are thin and flat. Marinate the filets in the Italian dressing for about 30 minutes. Chop the peppers and the onions up and put some on the breasts with the shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up the breasts and wrap then in bacon using toothpicks to hold them together.

Place them on a hot grill and cook until the bacon starts to blacken. The darker you cook the bacon the better it will be. Just before it looks done baste the chicken with the teriyaki sauce and cook for a few more minutes.

Remove them from the grill and let them stand for about 10 minutes. This will let the cheese set back up.

Enjoy!

Well Scott my lovely bride saw that ckicken pic and told me that wuz whut I be a fixin for supper. So, I made a close version of said chicked recipe ceptin I used Texas RibRangers spicey bbq sauce instead of the terriaki sauce.

Wife says to thank you very much for the recipe. Me thinks I be a cookin them again in the future. As we say in the fishing world....it wuz a keeper!
