Lake is full going into the rainy season

Lake is 491, which is very high for September. In fact, all lakes are pretty full. Now comes the rainy season. We can expect them to let out a lot of water from the dam. This should be a boon to the trailrace fishing. Wondering how full the lake get's this coming spring?
