FFO has Stren 30# hi Test saltwater line in pink color at $3.88 for 400 yds. A good buy.

Jason I'm not sure how hi-vis that pink is gonna be. It's a lite pink color. I call it a power color on a manly man shirt. icon_smile.gif But, it seems to be a common color for saltwater line for some reason.

Now another inexpensive line that is purty good is the Cabelas brand SeaSriker line in hi-vis neon. It's a copolymer at $20 for a pound. Hi abrasion resistance but not a lot of stretch. It is smaller diameter than a similar straight mono line so ya can get more of it on yer reel.

Now if'n you want 20 pound test, FFO has the Stren magathin in Hi-Vis neon for $3.88 for 750 yards. One heck of a deal. They also got it in 12 & 14 pound test me thinks.

Checked the SeaStriker yesterday and the 25, 1 lb spools are on back order(6-8 weeks icon_eek.gif ) Ive been fishing with 20 hi vis Stren and wanted to move to 25 or 30. I guess I just need to breakdown and order the Ande 25 in hi vis.

Im color blind as a bat! I can see that yeller line good. The Solar line not so good.

Jason just get the 30 pound. It will be the same diameter or smaller than the 25 pound ande.

Brent put 50 pound SeaStiker on his reels with like a 100 pound test leader! I asked him if'n he was whale fishin. He said that big one wuzn't gonna get away again! icon_smile.gif

I have never seen any proof one way or another that line color has any effect on fishing.

With that said----Don't be Pithy if some hairy dudette wants to buy you a drink. icon_lol.gif

Joe, you shouldn't be criticizing while you sit there in your bubble gum colored size 13 Crocs.

With the pink line you will at least pull all the non-reproducing gay cats from the lake.
