This may be a reoccurring question, but now I acyually have to change the throttle cable, it finally broke! icon_evil.gif

I have looked at the cables. I have taken off the front plate to the throttle. But I can not see where to conneect/disconnect the cable itself.

Do I need to take off the throttle handle? I looked around for a way to do this, but I did not find anything.

Please help me! I start school back on Monday and I really wanted to get out on the boat before I have to deal with that headache again.

1996 125 HP Mercury (Force)

As far as throttle brand I think quicksilver. But I may be wrong.
